Stefan is a diligent Consultant with experience analyzing and advising Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), Development Banks, and Export Credit Agencies (ECAs), located primarily in emerging and frontier markets. At Momentus, he has provided support on projects which allow clients to better evaluate their performance, improve their operations, and enhance their impact.
His work providing research and analysis support has spanned many projects, including one focused on evaluating the effectiveness and impact of a credit guarantee scheme in a frontier market. Stefan’s project management experience includes managing a capacity building project for a Sub-Saharan Development Bank across a range of investment products and financing methods, along with another which helped a Development Bank in a frontier market bolster its institutional performance tacking and M&E capabilities. Over his time with Momentus, he has gained a familiarity with the development finance environment in several frontier markets. He has also provided corporate communications support to various DFIs, assisting with the development of annual reports, sustainability reports, and other related materials.
Stefan holds a BA in Political Science from the University of British Columbia.
He is fluent in English and Serbo-Croatian.
