Nonzwakazi (“Nzwaki”) is an experienced consultant, chartered accountant and facilitator with over 14 years of experience working within the impact, development and finance sectors. She has led and worked on projects spanning financial inclusion and innovation, SME and entrepreneur finance and acceleration, gender equity and transformation, ecosystem building, Africa food security, place-based innovation and impact investing.

Nzwaki has worked with multi-lateral institutions, governments, development finance institutions, private sector, philanthropies, non-profits and civil society organisations across the globe.  She brings a passion and focus on multi-stakeholder engagement for impact-driven collaboration, strategy design, financial modelling, transformative facilitation and community-led innovation architecture.

Prior to joining Momentus Global, Nzwaki worked at several market-leading organisations including a Big 4 audit firm; Africa’s largest privately-owned investment management company; a JSE-listed financier of underserved markets; and a global systems-change driven social impact firm.

Nzwaki holds a post-graduate degree in Accounting Science from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa and has studied towards her Masters in Development Finance at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business.

She speaks English, Sotho and Zulu and has basic French skills.
