Capacity Building
For over 20 years we have worked with key development finance institutions and development agencies globally in over 70 countries, giving us context-specific experience and an intimate knowledge of required staff competencies in our key sectors. Our capacity building and training is tailored to each context as well as staff and institutional needs making our training practical and applicable-not just theory-based. In 2021, we launched our Centre of Excellence for National Development Banks (CENDB), a global capacity building platform exclusively for DFIs to address the gaps in capacity building specific to the unique role and position of DFIs and NDBs. CENDB employs innovative, practical and strategic facilitation tools that create real value for our participants, lifting individuals and their organizations to meet their full potential.
