Ishrat’s background spans diverse roles, with extensive experience in structuring financial solutions in collaboration with DFIs, impact investors, fund managers, regulators and corporate institutions. She has worked with two commercial banks and an international microfinance institution. She is passionate about leveraging her expertise in financial management to drive impact in meaningful ways.
She is dedicated to supporting gender equity, climate change and social equity causes.
Ishrat holds an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) of University of Dhaka (Bangladesh) and is fluent in English and Bengali.
